The Audi A8 was an innovative luxury-class saloon. With its “Audi Space Frame”, a newly developed, self-supporting body made almost entirely of aluminum, the car was not only extremely torsionally rigid and resistant to corrosion, but was also significantly lighter than its competitors, despite all-wheel drive. This Audi A8 4.2 Quattro was delivered in June 1997 by the Von Keitz dealership in Solingen. The same dealership also carried out all services and recorded this in the carefully kept maintenance booklet. The already high standard equipment of the Audi A8 was extended with the following options: solar sliding/tilting roof, automatic air conditioning, leather sports steering wheel, sports suspension, speed-sensitive power steering (Servotronic), differential lock, radio Delta with BOSE sound system.
The vehicle is in excellent condition and in its factory paintwork and was in the first family ownership until the beginning of 2024.
