Introduced in 2016, the Porsche 911 R embodies the marque’s purist philosophy like few other models: uncompromising lightweight construction, a high-revving naturally aspirated engine and a driving experience centered entirely on the connection between driver and machine. This German-delivered example is presented in the highly sought-after color combination of Grand Prix White with green stripes and has covered just 1,940 km. The option list includes the practical front-axle lift system as well as the optional single-mass flywheel for the 500-hp naturally aspirated engine. Thanks to its lower weight, the single-mass flywheel enhances engine responsiveness, delivers a more immediate throttle response, and allows the engine to rev more freely—perfectly complementing the purist character of this lightweight, manual-transmission 911.
